Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and have authority to act for the organization you register. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Dialvana unlawfully, deceptively, to harass people, bypass consent requirements, violate do-not-call rules, infringe rights, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
3. Calling and data compliance
You are responsible for the legality of your lead sources, calling campaigns, recordings, messages and retention practices, including consent and telemarketing obligations in every applicable jurisdiction.
4. Third-party services
Twilio, WhatsApp and other connected services are governed by their own agreements and charges. Dialvana is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.
5. Trials, billing and cancellation
Trial length, prices and included features are shown at purchase and may change prospectively. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Final refund and renewal terms should be confirmed before commercial launch.
6. Intellectual property
SidTechno retains rights in Dialvana and its underlying technology. Customers retain rights in their data and grant us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability limitations, indemnity language and governing law must be finalized with counsel.
8. Termination and contact
We may suspend misuse or security threats. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Questions may be sent to legal@dialvana.com.
