Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, work email and organization name; service data entered or generated through the platform; contact messages; and limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Dialvana, authenticate users, support customers, improve reliability, communicate about the service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and sessions
Dialvana uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep users signed in. Our public marketing pages also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure how many people visit and which pages they read. Analytics runs on these public pages only — never inside the signed-in dashboard — and we honour your browser's Do Not Track setting, which switches it off entirely. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell or share this data.
4. Service providers and integrations
Customers may connect third-party services such as Twilio. Those services process data under their own terms. We may use infrastructure providers strictly to operate Dialvana.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security and operational purposes. We use access controls and tenant isolation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Organization owners control information submitted by their users and should honor applicable privacy and calling laws.
7. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@dialvana.com. Governing-law and regional disclosure details should be finalized with counsel.
